New resources and new training for WOL Mentors

Some of the kindest, most generous, and most capable people I’ve met are WOL Mentors.

They typically experienced a WOL Circle and wanted to do something more with it somehow. So they enrolled in Mentor training, and many of them spread the method in their companies.

Now I’m creating new ways for them to spread the mindset, to reach and connect a much wider array of people.

New possibilities

Among the first resources is a set of workshop formats Mentors can offer, for free. These range from 30 to 90 minutes and don’t require the full method. Mentors can off workshops anywhere that networking or the mindset of connection and generosity would be helpful. It could be at an event in their company, at a non-profit they care about, or a local meetup or conference.

There’s also the chance for more co-creation. Several Mentors are also looking to adapt the WOL methods for their companies or to co-create new methods from scratch. Their training as Mentors equips them to know what works and doesn’t work with our social learning formats.

What you can do

There are almost 100 WOL Mentors now. If you are one of them and want to learn more about the new resources, contact me at john.stepper@workingoutloud.com.

If you want to become a Mentor, here’s more information on the upcoming training (in German):  https://www.eventbrite.de/e/working-out-loud-circle-mentor-masterclass-herbst-2024-tickets-868189687727
